AlgoPlay is software that plays M3U playlists and Xtream-compatible sources that you supply. It contains no channels, streams, films, series or playlists, and none are provided, sold, hosted, linked to or recommended by AlgoPlay or this website.

We do not sell IPTV subscriptions, do not partner with or take payment from any IPTV provider, and will not recommend one. Requests for playlists or providers will not be answered.

You may only use AlgoPlay with content you are legally entitled to access, such as a subscription from a licensed broadcaster or service, free-to-air streams, or your own media. You are solely responsible for the playlists and sources you add and for complying with the copyright and broadcasting laws that apply where you live.

Using AlgoPlay to access content without the rights holder’s permission is not permitted by these terms.

AlgoPlay does not host or transmit any media, so there is nothing on our servers to remove: streams play directly from the source the user entered. If you believe this website itself infringes your rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Amazon, Fire TV and Fire TV Stick are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Android and Android TV are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names are the property of their respective owners. AlgoPlay is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them, or by any IPTV provider.

AlgoPlay is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including loss of data or any consequence of the content you choose to play. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Donations are voluntary gifts to support development. They do not buy content, access, features or support, and are not refundable.
